I was approached by Steffon Isaac, the founder of the CLU Studio, to assist him in the creation of workshop tools. Together, Steffon and I worked on developing interactive PDFs that could be used in businesses working towards their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals, through self assessment.
To craft the guides I began by creating a visual storytelling narrative through the thoughtful selection of images, as well as quotes, to reflect the content of the assessment guide.

The CLU Studio designs games and interactive workshops to address unconscious bias in organizations. The goal is to utilize games and immersive experiences as a tool to address unconscious bias in organizations. By raising awareness and promoting open and honest discussions about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, we can change the way people perceive each other and broaden their understanding of the impact of conscious and unconscious biases.
